Karen Hamilton Rice had surgery in 2004. She had ideas that compelled her to write Time Change.

Some of the ideas were where to build a machine that could view history, help solve crime.

A serial killer and the need to find him became the path that she took to write Time Change.

A Washington D.C. MRI technician, Deuce Hart, works at the National Hospital, where he stays off to himself.

He is amazed to see an image that seems to appears as a ghost late at night.

This occult image stays around the MRI Lab and after seeing this image on several occasions he decides to tell fellow coworkers, which they present the information to the management.

Dr. B.A. Butler and other physicians are called in to help solve the mystery. While doing the investigation, Dana Hastings, a young doctor across the hall, experiments with a holographic machine.

The MRI technician and the young doctor found that with combining the MRI and holographic imaging, images are produced from the past.

With this finding Dr. Wally Langley produces a device that could be used by anyone to where people can review personal memories for their past along with events of human history.

Word gets out about this device and is talked about where a detective hears about it and wonders if the device could help solve a murder mystery surrounding Jack the Cooker that is in the area of Washington D.C.

Do you think that the device will help solve the mystery of the serial killer?

Find your answer by reading the book, Time Change.

It is very interesting to try and determine if we the characters are able to have a machine like this one allowing law enforcement agents to solve some of the things that are going on in the world today.

The book will be available compliments of the author at the Nicholas County Public Library.
